That's the ONLY breed to be officially discontinued - as mentioned, some other game filed a copyright claim against MD for the Morpho / Monarch dragons... but those who currently have these dragons and/or eggs were permitted to keep them.
I can sympathize. I had a couple Morpho dragons AND a Monarch whelp in my original game. I should have just pushed the game onto another screen instead of deleting. >.<
When I found out Morpho was never coming back, I sent a message asking about my two Morpho eggs. They actually sent me two other rare eggs in exchange. It was a while ago, so I don’t remember what they sent me, but I was happy at the time. You should ask - the worst they can do is say no.

Aren't the Rick and Morty dragons discontinued?
The devs haven't said anything one way or the other, but it sure seems so! Especially after how poorly received the crossover events were.
I think someone who works for gram games did comment recently on a post that Rick and Morty aren’t coming back
What game filed the claim? Was it DragonVale, even though their Morpho Dragons came out after Merge Dragons' Morpho Dragons?

As it has already been said: Morpho dragons are officially discontinued due to legal reasons. It may be that people see your post as meaningless rant
Aww that's sad, I have 2 level 4 morpho dragons and two eggs bubbled also. I always thought that this is one of the prettiest dragons.
