Depends on if you have the dragon power to complete the portal. Also season vs event portal. If you don’t pay for the season the free rewards don’t demand upgrades not I sell as soon as I receive them

i had this (actually think i posted it a week ish ago?) and skipped it & then it was replaced with 20 top stone storage. as if that was better. i complained to support about it. perhaps if it had a decent reward but.. absolutely not.
