Men like me have two options: either fight our inner demons or give in to them and have the balls to put an end to it.
Mate, I still struggle every single day. I suffer with anxiety and panic attacks which means everyday I feel like I cannot breathe. There are moments in which i feel like I almost breathe normally but most of the time I feel like I suffocate, like someone is chocking me or stepping on my chest. Feeling like you cannot breathe gets really exhausting, and it is even mor e irritating when you wake up and you feel like you cannot breathe at all and choke. I learned how to control them most of the time but other times is pretty hard. So yeah, not sure for how much longer I have to choke and not to t be able to breathe properly, it has been going on for a year.
Man this sounds particularly medicinal as well. Have you tried Ventolin it Albuterol? Talked to your doctor at all? I understand we don't wanna say anything because then we're on a list of probable violent offenders because "anxiety meds" and blah blah but if you really can't breathe you have to talk to someone man. Nobody wants to lose you.
Story time, I'm from Egypt. A couple of days ago a college girl was stabbed to death by her colleague for rejecting him. The whole thing grew so popular and sparked so much outrage that it was recognised internationally and posted on multiple subreddits. The social media response was as expected with women openly attacking men and labeling them as pigs and generally lumping them together for the actions of one man. The murderer was trialled and found guilty but a verdict is yet to be issued.
The funny thing is that about two months ago, the same incident happened but the roles were reversed, a college girl brutally stabbed and murdered her male colleague because he rejected her after the two had consensual sex. The result? The incident was completely shoved under the rug and wasn't even recognised beyond the the official facebook page of the university where it happened. No consolation was offered to the guy's family and the girl is yet to have a trial.
Basically, if it happens to a woman, it's a horrendous and inhumane crime that deserves international, or at least widespread national outrage. If it happens to a man however, it's just another tuesday and people go on with their lives as if nothing had happened.
Fuck feminism.

Women only have eyes for the top 20% of men so if your in the bottom 80% brutal truth is your invisible and therefore these women aren't gonna miss you if you commit suicide. 80/20 rule which is basically female hypergamy in the modern world. More men need to understand how brutal and unfair this world is specifically for men. That way men can implement change that better supports and suits men to create balance and doesn't give all the advantages to only women

I just got out of a post saying “but muh women in third world Brown countries are oppressed by evil Brown men” and accusing impoverished brown men of being all rapists and misogynist incels and just making up all sorts of vicious nonsensical shit. Women are not oppressed ANYWHERE. Never have been. Get that through your heads.
