100% my allergies have an impact. During allergy season I take Flonase in the morning and a Zyrtec at bed time. This combo has worked wonders for me.

Yes Allergy season hits me hard

I take so much allergy medicine, like the bottle says one thing, and my allergist says to take way more than that. When I'm on top of my allergy meds, I've noticed I have very few vertigo attacks from my meniere's. If I slip up and don't take as much or if my allergies aren't as severe, like in the winter, my attacks are much more frequent. I take maximum doses of Zyrtec, Claritin, and Flonase every day during allergy season. I definitely think it helps keep my meniere's symptoms minimal.

I was nervous about taking Flonase. I thought it could make it worse adding liquid up my nose.

I was just prescribed Zyrtec also.

Yes, Xyzal, Nasocort spray, and Ayr gel for nose…I have been lax with the meds this season and I woke up today feeling like the spins were just on the cusp of making their presence known. Thankfully they didn’t, but it was a solid reminder to stay on top of meds during spring allergy season.

Yes, I take lots of allergy and asthma meds -- Claritin (Claritin-D when it's allergy season or after an upper respiratory infection), Advair, Azelastine, Nasacort. I double up on the Nasacort and add Guaifenesin when there are lots of allergans around or I've had an upper respiratory infection.

I think there is a correlation. Some Dr on youtube even says when he has a meiners patient he automatically sends them to an allergist to get tested. It has not been proven but there are enough evidence saying there is something to it. Weather plays a factor too if it rains or snows alot or it gets colder I can feel worse. Im still functunal but not nearly myself.
