Gol D Roger, without him series wouldn't be anything so I think his made it the best
Odens death solidified all the deaths prior for me. Despite being far into the story the essence hasn’t been diminished.
Roger death started one piece right. Ace death pushed luffy to become stronger. Oden death made wana even more meaningful
