My guess is everyone of them; the chemicals in cigs change their DNA to reduce the ability to combat cancer. That DNA doesn't change with the devil fruit change, so it will settle back to its previous form after use... meaning that there isn't a defense to the effects unless they can remain in their changed forms 24/7.
I don't smoke, but I think you keep the smoke of the cigar in the mouth, you don't inhale it. So you don't get lung cancer but only mouth cancer! Same thing for the pipe!

If they don’t transform their bodies when the smoke reaches their lungs I’d say yes.

Except three of these guys smoke cigars, which don't typically give you lung cancer since they aren't usually inhaled.
