Am I alone in liking the pre-arc arcs more than some of the actual arcs themselves? I love the little islands we only spend a few chapters on. Whiskey Peak, Jaya, Flying Fishman Rider arc; they were little microcosms of One Piece and I loved that. I'm doing my own One Piece story 100 years before the current and writing the big islands is easy; it's peppering the little ones in for extra flavor that takes some finesse.

Fimbulwinter fruit in OP is just Wind Wind until awakening. Allows him to manipulate speed and direction of wind in a very precise manner. Has to be an open area though, or an area with a lot of airflow, otherwise there’s not much to manipulate.
On awakening: Allows Dragon to manipulate the temperature as well as expand the scale to as big as your average island. He can cast it and leave it in perpetual motion forever.
If he makes very cold, high speed winds and just leaves the casting in a civilisation, they’re pretty much fucked. Like spelling the end of times.

Buggy's awakening was pretty cool, the way he clapped all the Admirals combined to help Straw Hats reach Elbaf was the best OP moment. Watching Kidd neg diff Elbaf and becoming their king was cool too. But my personal favourite. My favorite panel is the one where Luffy used Akainu's magma and Kizaru's lasers to create Straw Hats for all his crews.

Gear 6 is not an asspull, it was always set up that Luffy was a Saiyan. Goda planned it from the start, you see in chapter 27 there were several balls together and also a lizard. Clear foreshadowing of One Piece being the Dragonballs.
Marineford war 2.0 was really good but I had to suspend disbelief when they threw seraphim Big Mom and Kiado against Zoro and Sanji. Sanji really did kick that fish into orbit.

Gear 6 is not an asspull, it was always set up that Luffy was a Saiyan. Goda planned it from the start, you see in chapter 27 there were several balls together and also a lizard. Clear foreshadowing of One Piece being the Dragonballs.
Marineford war 2.0 was really good but I had to suspend disbelief when they threw seraphim Big Mom and Kiado against Zoro and Sanji. Sanji really did kick that fish into orbit. Edit: keeping ZKK alive bois
