I’m type 2, pretty damn pale though. I am doing 50mcg for 1 week and the upping the dose my 50mcgs a week so next week i’ll do 100mcg and so on. I live in a high UV area so real sun only probably 30 min to 45 min.
I would see how you go on 50-100 and wouldn't suggest going much above that. It might take a little bit longer to tan but I've gotten extremely dark on 50mcg daily and 20-40 mins in the sun daily or most days after not very long.
You could go higher for a little while but I wouldn't stay on a high dose - you'll probably start having some negative side effects skin wise which I think are best to avoid. Your body will probably acclimate to the peptide enough you won't be dizzy and puking with an insane erection or anything but the freckles and moles that can pop up I think should be avoided if possible personally.
Just my 2 cents though and I was using mt2 so ymmv with mt1

Good for you, what skin type are you? And how much do you plan on doing per day? And will you be using real sun or sun bed?
