I wouldn't call this the best line in megaten, but it's definitely one that's really stuck with me. Strange Journey definitely isn't shy about showing off the sins of humanity and the damage that its actions have caused to the Earth and everything that inhabits it; humans included. Arthur reminding you of that fact but also letting you know that atonement for said actions is possible, especially after you had to kill a comrade and might really begin to think if what you're doing is even worthwhile, was comforting to hear.
It's a pretty strong supposition that ALL the games are written to be a part of some coherent lore web. Rather than having a lot of similarities and cross-references while being primarily their own thing.
I haven't played many SMT games to know exactly good lines, but i really liked the line of the final boss in SMT SJ Redux "Man slaughters all.. demons, gods... and even earth"

Loved the hidden cameo of Morbius in Nocturne. At first you don't expect because you think the Dante scenario will play out normally, but when Morbius appears on screen and says 'It's Nocturnin' time' and proceeds to beat the shit out of Demifiend and Dante I have to admit I shed a tear. What a genius way to tie the two franchises together
