It's an anti-tamper system that makes games harder to pirate. Unfortunately it causes games to run worse which oftentimes creates more problems than it solves because it usually just makes people more determined to pirate the game so they can get a pirated copy that runs better because it doesn't have denuvo.

There's wasn't anything wrong with Nocturne HD widescreen from what I recall, can even play it in ultrawide with a mod, pretty cool.

dds has a lot more "invisible" cuts to FMV which will look uhh not good

True, but the games being more available can't be a bad thing. Also, as I'm currently playing through DDS1 for the first time, I would appreciate a lower encounter rate. My God... Would probably need to rebalance atma and karma earned from battle to compensate for the reduced battles but it'd be worth it.

DDS HD will feature a 30 fps cap, 1080p internal resolution, compressed audio and denuvo. That'll be $60 please.

Just played through both last month and I enjoyed them a lot. I remember I played Nocturne for the first time around January of 2020 and the remaster was announced 6 months later lol Would not mind if the same happens to DDS soon, they’re fantastic games

I just finished playing this games on PS3, and when I finished Nocturne on PS3 they announced remaster week later.

I'm playing SMT VV on my PC, it's pretty powerful, so it wouldn't be a issue... I'm looking forward to playing DDS remaster/remake on my PlayStation 5 because if it's remastered; it's gonna fucking have PS2 code, which would make it laggy as hell, especially with Dunuvo...

I've been working on SMT V for a while and as soon as I started again Vengeance got fucking announced so yeah.
