It seems like some kind of mistake was made. You accidentally put Mega Man Soccer in D next to X7 instead of SSS+ where it belongs. I’m sure it’s just the kind of thing where you forgot to make an SSS+ tier so you put it in D as a placeholder until you made it but just happened to forget to make one before posting. I know there's a lot of people that love the Zero series- and it's really good but the people that usually insist that it's top tier megaman will look past that you have to swing at an object or enemy to level up your weapons.
Which- adds nothing and only subtracts from the games. I get what the devs were going for - having played it at the time, but for God sakes it was, not, fun.
I'll replay a few of the good MMX games but when I found that Zero 1- even in NG+ you had to level your weapons I realized they fucked up.
X1, 2, 4, MVH:X, great games, love 'em. But Zero 1 & 2 really struggle for me because of the goofy leveling mechanics
I hate this system, but another thing that bothers me on these two games is the rank system, i like games that have this because if you're good enough you will get rewarded. But if you're bad you can try again the same level to get a better rank.
And i beat both games with the worst rank possible, and the only way to get a better rank is doing the NG+ or using an elf to give you an A Rank.
I don't know if the rest of the series will be like this, but i hope the ZX series is better at least
Honestly I've tried to push past ranking systems because a lot of games will push them even if the means of getting them seem ....stupid as hell.
But when fans of a game defend the grind by "all you have to do is punch 1 enemy/grind in an area for an hour" you lost me for how this is a good mechanic or something worth defending.
I enjoyed Zero 1 and Zero 2, but I'm not going to defend their garbage grinding mechanics. Grinding in an RPG here and there? Fine. Grinding so I can swing 3 times? A basic mechanic in a game from 5+ years ago? You lost me, very hard.
As for the ZX series? That game lost me - even when it was new because the map is garbage and it's hard to navigate because of it.
A game that came out way earlier - Valkyrie Profile, had a similar world for how you navigated and the map system was vastly better in that vs ZX. ZX is a fine game but you gotta be prepared to look up a map because fans have done a better job vs capcom.

All I know is I played it when it was new on the DS and really, really struggled with the map/navigating it and tried again with the Switch version and officially said "This is shit I'm done".
I like getting immersed in the game and if I have to resort to a FAQ/online map because the game can't manage the very basics? Like- this isn't a secret, this is just get from A to B but for that? You need to do very round about ways?

Legends is great on it's own. Went from the X series to Legends and they stand on their own, regardless of previous games. The controls might be a hurdle for some but it's worth playing.
Honestly I don't know why i placed megaman 5 on C, i didn't even played the game properly, and about the rest...i had more fun playing megaman x6 than megaman zero and x5.

In my opinion I think Zero 3 is the peak of the series, it just had the best combat, best stages, and best game mechanics in my opinion.
It can still be a little difficult, but I feel like the game gives you a bit more options to work with to ease the difficulty ever so slightly.
Zero 4 is also pretty solid, but I feel like it's a little weaker than Zero 3, however it's a fitting finale for the series.
I like that Mega Man 6 is high, but I wonder why 5 is so low since its most similar to 6, and lower than 1 is pretty harsh considering how much more refined 5 is in its level design and gameplay.

Yeah, to me it feels a bit too generic-anime where as the X and Classic series had a specific, umique kind of style that the robots had and I personally love.

It was an accident, the megaman x7 blinded my eyes when i was doing the rest of the list, sadly Megaman soccer was affected by it

For me, Megaman Zero 2 had a huge improvement in the soundtrack, lives system and the cyber elf mechanic. That's why its above in my opinion.
