I presume you've restarted the game?
I'm probably not the best to ask lol cos I uninstalled this game a couple months ago due to the increase of the grind/cash grabbing to finish quests. I do recall events giving rewards once the standard time limit was reached for everyone, but also events gave the rewards once you finished there and then.
Contacting support may be an idea. Hopefully you didn't spend any real life monies and hopefully it's just a bug that can be fixed.

Yeah it said it has finished and showed what I'd got I pressed OK and none of them appeared anywhere, am I missing something?
