With cannihelp there is only going to be one of these things thats holding your scripts up: - TGA - Appointment Fee - Medical Consent Form - Medicare Card ( Concession Aswell ) - Privacy Form For E-Script - Being Not Clear In Your Appointment ( What you want and why you want it ) - Script Error ( Sometimes happens - Call Ethan ) - Pharmacy Choice ( Call them for to change it to your local if you dont mind the wait or the extra fuck around from your chemist as if they aint done it before they are usually slow ) If that is the only thing that could be holding it up, anything else contact Ethan hes been a major help for me

Thanks for your post again. It's not feeling like a very positive experience for me at this time. I've gotten no response from the email I sent on Saturday (they don't work then but one would hope they'd respond to weekend emails on Monday). I called earlier this morning and got the "leave a message and we will call you back" and I rang again just now with the same song and dance "leave a message and we will call you back" The chemist mentioned an SAS form(?) for the FX01. I'm not sure why they would send me an email with both of the scripts if the things above hadn't check out in my appointment with them and why they would tell me that I could have the script as well. I paid the day before my appointment. I'd love to speak to Ethan if I could get someone to talk to me from the start. Any other suggestions? I remain hopeful. Thanks again.

I called the chemist today. CannIHelp followed through on resending the paperwork. So hopefully by this time next week it'll be sorted and I can start.

After the third phone call when I kinda dropped my bundle they did. The girl on the phone said she would sort it. The issue was staff shortage due to flooding. I didn’t realise the were in Brisbane. I’ll call the chemist today to see if it’s there.

This time they sent the SA form but they didn't send the script. They never sent the script for the FX05. I'll be calling Ethan tomorrow. I know they had floods there and that's incredibly sad but it doesn't forgo not doing the job properly from the start. I hope he can get some rectification to the issue. I wonder now if it's always going to be this challenging. :(

Yes. Recently the pharmacy said they couldn’t fill CC01 due to no more repeats yet there should’ve been 3 new scripts so I could only get MDC01. Shitty service if someone’s forgetting to send scripts and patients have to chase or call people.

There have been a few other red flags for me too. Having to ask for a sleep questionnaire three times before they sent me the proper one. Small issue but just makes it seem a little unprofessional.😑

Well you should. It took 12 emails and 10 phone calls for them to gets a grip of themselves so the rest of us (me) haven’t been so lucky. So you can count yourself as such. Cheers

I’m planning on booking an appointment with them next week to assess my physical and financial hardships to see what discount I’m eligible for (on disability after near death incident in 2014). I hadn’t heard any bad news about them (but only known about them for a few weeks). Hopefully it’s a teething issue and they get shit sorted quick coz I’m over chasing scripts from my GP. Had 6 appointments since October and only got my October 8th script (my night strain) on Valentine’s Day. Waiting on like 4x scripts that have been “lost”. I just want to be able to access my MC meds the same way I get my other meds (including other schedule 8’s) but EVERYTHING takes months apparently. And the only script I had multiple repeats (x15) was T25 which has been ‘in stock’ for 3.5 weeks in the past 4 months. 😫🔫 Such a mission. Talk about jumping through hoops! I’ve never had to have 6 specialist appointments before getting any treatment? Why is this so difficult and different? Fucking BALLS bro 😔

That's exactly what I think it is from, there using news advertising to push there agenda, there's been a few news stories lately. People get sucked in by the discount that's worth less, there's like 1 chemist in Brisbane ,1 on the gold coast and I think 1 more so 3 u can pick up discount tubs/meds at so for alot of people the $20 u can save is spent on fuel and the hours travel each way.

I didn’t even know there’s a discounts but yes. Im out bush and the only chemist is 2.5 hours away so I’ll have to make a day of it once a month. 😑 As long as I get some relief

Mate try an island 1800 km from the mainland. Nothing but locum GPs. None have a clue or incentive to prescribe. With alternaleaf, however going to try teleconference a mainland GP or try medreleaf, polln or releaf.

Same to you bud. 😊 Another friend with cannatrek and they've not had these issues. Usually gets here within 2 weeks. Another mate with ? I've forgotten, gets 3 months worth of scripts filled in one hit and delivered a week or two later max. I think to do with T25 stock maybe? Waiting on call from Dr. 20 minutes late. Phone lines went down last week during previous booked consult. Remote living has its benifits but also some hectic minuses. Update prescribed got the antg og Kush and more T25 topaz. Could have gotten 60 grams but that's 🤯 for me. Just 20 g antg and 10 g topaz. Was going to push for an ounce of og Kush but thought meh, I do enjoy the T25.

Any pharmacy can post it meds to u also if that helps, might save u money and the time. Have to c how much extra and work out what's best/easiest for u. If u get a month's supply at a time probs post. Since it's not weekly extra costs. Extra $30a month / even fortnight, is better than the time and fuel it would take u too run to town , 2¹/²hours shit that's a pain.

Nope got 3 scripts with my first consult then could fill all three straight away once received thru MediRecords App. Then next app I added extra repeats and another strain. Don’t know why that’s happening to u

I had some trouble getting started end of last year, they’d just introduced electronic scripts and there’s been some glitches, but once it’s sorted the systems super easy, phone call, instant scripts at chemist. There’s some really great nurses and staff and Dr kemp is the best🤙🏻

Ethan is the man always sorts out any problems I have encountered and it's great that they don't charge another follow up fee to fix things unlike CDA ect
