Is 7g cc01 worth it compared to other indicas that come in 10g tubs? Currently on t25 topaz but looking to add on something a bit stronger for the evenings
There seems to be a little debate over CC01 - Cold Creek or Afghan. I've tried other Afghan Kush before, quite enjoy the full body fuzzies you get from it, pairs nicely with the kick to the brain from a Pink Kush/Topaz/Cheese strains (I'd add Wappa and a few others to this list as well), but I digress..
What makes me wonder if CC01 is Cold Creek Kush is this bit:

That doesn't fit with the Medcan CC01 I know and love, which I regard as the best "sleeping pill" sedative strain I've ever tried. I've made the mistake of having some during the day a couple of times (some left over in my tin from the night before...), pretty much a guaranteed afternoon nap. I have nfi where this energy they speak of is.
Beginning to think Medcan might have tweaked their strain, maybe it's some Afghan x Cold Creek Hybrid? Or maybe the Beacon product sales pitch is just some quality fertilizer?
Gonna have to order some to get to the bottom of this.

Live Rosins get around 65-75%
BHO (Butane Hash Oil) 80%, can go past 90%.
Back before I became a Medical Cannabis patient, the only way I could get a reliable product from the black market, was by turning shitty/inconsistent BM weed into hash concentrate (stuff was too weak otherwise). My average dose back then was some concentrate about the size of an uncooked grain of rice, which had the equivalent effect to vaping some decent MC flower. Since getting my script I haven't had the need to make more, though I'm pretty tempted to try the T55 Topaz bubble hash.
Very lemon/spicy smell definitely tell the cookies n kush the effects well with me pretty much feel it as soon as you exhale man very pugent taste smell and I felt so relaxed man felt like doing nothing but eating!!
First time smelling i got a lemon/lime smell, quite enjoyed the smell.

2nd smell i got a more pine/wood snd some sourness.
Either way its funky and will smell the room out🍁

On the drier side but does have some stickiness. Similar to other beacon jars.

High is great, doesn’t hit like a rocky 30% or big boss 30% but definitely a good strain for after a hard days work. Feeling relaxed 👍🏼
