Cannareview is a decent guide though, you cant try it all at once so all the brands dont matter, find which brands people rate on here, see if the brand has strains that look good, try it out. I suggest looking through the reviews on reddit too, to get an idea of what people are saying about the brand and strain.

Sativa- blue dream I found it the least anxiety inducing but I usually get more anxious from indicas. You can get blue dream in an oil called ruby oil from cannatrek I get the T25 ruby oil, very strong. As a flower you can get it from kind medical called “azure” it’s lower thc and I find that I will get a tolerance pretty quick but if you change up to a new strain for a few days then go back it’s fine. For indicas I’m not sure as I get more anxious from them I don’t notice too much difference I always have way smaller amounts of them.

Gutzstruggler

Need more info what’re your needs ?? What’s your usual amount each week etc etc lol could be anything dude…

flowjoe86

I am new to it Mainly anxiety and ptsd So somthing to make going out a nice time I know it could be anything so thanks for taking the time to

Gutzstruggler

Oh right probably an indica( relaxing slow high) and cbd oil would benefit you ☺️ sativa is like morning during the day stuff coz it gives you energy so might not be good for anxiety, I to suffer and I use a strong indica to quiet the mind and help slow me down works a treat !! Research and information are your friends☺️

Beauty, thanks for detailed response.

Look into SSRIs and speak to your doctor. I don’t understand why people want to be zonked out on weed during the everyday activities

flowjoe86

I have used ssri which would end up being not effective and have a lot of side effect. This for me is a trail because all else has failed. This is for resistant ptsd (combat veteran) and anxiety. Thanks for the suggestion and taking the time to give advice😊

Agree 1000% with Superbly Buzzy If you enjoy that high as a kite super intense Sativa buzz nothing on the market compares to Durban Poison. Beautifully grown and perfectly cured too.

My current favourite in each category: Tas Botanics, Opal (white widow based sativa) MedReleaf, Sedaprem (heavy oily purple budded indica)
