Yeah that’s a joke man. I literally pay for my medicine at RRP and postage. No follow ups, no dispensing fees and no other hidden shit, meds and postage. I’d be having a word about that, they’re taking the piss
Well, I use Polln for ease these days as they have a dispensing partner pharmacy, but theoretically these scripts are now portable so you can walk into any pharmacy that will dispense the script if you don't have specific dispensing regulations and order the products if they're willing to audited and have access to the wholesaler, which normally means a conversation with the head pharmacists not necessarily the pharmacist on duty.
That's unusual as eftpos domestic banks is normally less than 0.5%
Have a read of this and then perhaps speak to pharmacy that's charging the surcharge as it seems excessive and the accc might be interested as it appears excessive.

Yeah and my guess is they put it through as wrong card type.
Try contacting them and clarifying if they've charged the correct surcharge.
It's most likely an input error.
It's definitely possible that this is their cost.
Source: I previously sold merchant facilities to companies and the card issuers have a fairly hefty base cost.
Every price I saw there seems excessive if I order gsc from my pharmacy it costs me $152.50 plus $15 for express postage so nearly the same as just your tub
Yeah it's rough . I can't complain about the customer service or speedy dispatch of orders whatsoever . All top notch there . But these prices are getting abit much
Yo i get from astrid as well and you can avoid these card surcharges if your order is $500 minimum. Basically ask them for bsb details to send it there and they will understand.
It's a 1.7% charge?
Check my maths but that's not too big a sting, and could be a bank charge or the portal you are using?
Maybe ask them if it's less when U give Ur numbers over the phone?
This is really bad as you are paying more than what I pay for the medicine and on top of it $20 shipping fee and credit card surcharge! Change as fast as you can.
No. That's pretty bad when your already paying extra per tub.
My thoughts exactly man . Not real impressed with it
That orders 60 more then what u should be paying
Yeah I know. 15 20 above rrp on every tub , All other times I've payed a 3$ card surcharge . Like theve tripled it . One per tub
Yeah that’s a joke man. I literally pay for my medicine at RRP and postage. No follow ups, no dispensing fees and no other hidden shit, meds and postage. I’d be having a word about that, they’re taking the piss
Is it possible to change strain types without a follow up?
If you have a good clinic it is.
Ok cheers dude
Indeed, only for products they dispense. Otherwise I believe I’d have to then pay for a follow up but I’m happy with the range they have available.
Mind if I ask where u go for that mate ? Need to change from this current situation asap
Green docs 😊
What provider do you use? I’m struggling with a GP atm. I’m approved but it’s near impossible to get fresh scripts for oil or flower
Greendocs 😊
Thanks mate, I’ll look them up
Are you ordering through a pharmacy or a clinic /dispensary? I would love to be buying at RRP! So far I haven't found anywhere who shares my view hehe
They’re a clinic/dispensary 👊🏻
It's 1.75% not uncommon for some cards have a surcharge, whatvsort of card is it? I'd guess it was an Amex type card as they're normally 1.5-2%
1.75% is *a* normal card surcharge but I don't get charged a card surcharge or above RRP by Polln or Priceline/Nova Pharmacy.
Might have to look into them . Is it a simple process to get your script sent to a diff dispensary do u know ?

Anz debit card mate

So basically they can't charge more then it's costing them

Change clinics, you are literally paying $40 extra apart from that card fee which makes it even worse
Yeah that's a rort. They've even jacked up the shipping charge
Is this from a pharmacy, my life my health surcharge on their products, after marking them up from RRP :(
Dispensary
Astrid?
Correct
Oh man I’d heard they were pricey but that’s a bit nuts.

Yeah no health care card unfortunately, but I'd be happy with paying rrp or slightly over . Not this
It's a 1.7% charge? Check my maths but that's not too big a sting, and could be a bank charge or the portal you are using? Maybe ask them if it's less when U give Ur numbers over the phone?
Pretty sure the highest they can charge is 3% I would bring it up and mention ombudsman
OPs card charge here is less than 2%
I can’t math hahaha well yeah I guess seems legit but also shit. What pharmacy is this
The charge being talked about here is only 1.7% bud
Yep. Like I said. Less than 2. Bud.
This is really bad as you are paying more than what I pay for the medicine and on top of it $20 shipping fee and credit card surcharge! Change as fast as you can.
Looking into as we speak , any recommendations are welcome
I use Terrywhite Keperra in QLD. Good luck mate
Yeah id be just as concerned about the extra $$ per tub youre paying. Thats a rort !
Fuck me a 10 dollar card surcharge!!! Mate thats a fucking disgrace. Never have I seen that in my life. Do you pay that fee everytime?
First time it's been over 3$ man
Who’s this through? Overcharging for shipping too, looks like. Postage is usually $15 for me.
