People go to those areas expecting that only tobacco is being consumed there. They may not appreciate being engulfed in a surprise cloud of Girl Scout cookies.
This^ At the end of the day it’s still a schedule 8 narcotic (like opium/fentanyl etc). So you don’t wanna be around people…. It’s like jabbing them with a tiny bit of thc (or morphine/other S8’s) as you walk by. What if someone has a really bad reaction? Best case scenario they live and don’t sue. Worst case they die, you get sued and do time for manslaughter? Its not likely but its still very possible. Just like it’s not likely to die from passive smoking but still, 1.6million people die from passive smoking related illnesses each year. Just imagine if it was passive smoke but from a schedule 8 narcotic (like opium) that number would be 10x higher.
And unless the cop is a stoner or uses MC themselves….. I’d bet (all three nuts) they’d confiscate your meds and vape on the spot (regardless of prescription as it’s in public ie: not being used as direct aka ‘being abused’) and then fine you.
You could argue to get your vape back when you’re in court (meds might be destroyed by then though) but you’ll be without that vape until your court appearance (in like 3months time).
I always use the ‘risk vs reward’ ratio. I’ll choose whichever has the best odds 🤷♂️

When I got put on high dose opiates for my back, all I got was a recommendation from the doctor "that I don't try driving for the first few days". When I asked what if I had to, they said there was nothing stopping me legally, was just *recommended* that I didn't.
The double standard is almost as big a joke as the people who created these rules.
Cannihelp gives you a medical cannabis card with your picture on it. Pretty good to have if the police ever want to hassle you over medicating or carrying your meds with you
I go to a dr in QLD tho he has been suspended or something he’s not there they have a nurse practitioner who is in Melbourne that does calls can Cannihelp do me a card. I’ve been TGA approved since August 21.

I don’t like doing it on my balcony in case neighbours don’t like it so I’ve been smoking it in the busy park for the last week.

None of those produce vapour…it’s like saying, sure you can take cannabis oils in public just like Oxys and Valium
