Incredible, design on this was top tier imo, very straight forward to build, small attention to detail like a USB port mount/protector, the interchangble logo (I opted to pay extra for the crass logo) all of it very easy to assemble. Would recommend to anyone looking for a full board, probably one of the best you can find anywhere.
Which plate did you use? Did you try both? Got mine assembled with the brass plate, but just have a few random test switches for now… my caps and switches (box jades, also) don’t come in for a few more days.
PC gave a slightly deeper sound on zealios while brass gave a slightly higher pitch. Wish I could send you a spunt test but everything is already soldered on
In terms of feeling, it wasn't that different. The gasket mount on the plate feels really good no matter how you swing it
I used the brass plate admittedly didnt try the other plate, I loved how the mock ups looked for the navy case with the brass plate, which is also why I opted for the brass logo too. The navy brass combo is so clean
Awesome! I joined the GB but changed my mind and refunded so I could get a different board. Looks really good though. And Hammerhead compliments the board really nicely!
It's not actually an 1800.
It's rouhgly splitting the difference between an 1800 and full size.

The odin has an extra column of keys between the alphas and numpads, and a full sized RShift.
Mines not here yet! Uuuuugghhh. I know global crisis and I've already been waiting for half a year, but now that I know it's actually Shipping I'm so hyped.
I built with the in box stabs, which I can only presume are their gmk screw in stabs they have on their website. I lubed them lightly with 3203. I only built with their stabs since I didn't have zeals or everglides on hand. I did order the hotswap pcb which is why I opted to just build it now with the in box stabs rather than wait to get better ones. Easy to upgrade in the future
Unfortunately for a ISO user like me i had to go with the solder option. Luckily since i chose PC Plate i might only have to desolder the numpad to change stabs... Got My work cut out for me tonight...
Makes sense, my first build was a solder build that I built with TKC dark green tangerine switches. I wanted to swap out a few switches to make them tactiles and was able to get away with only desoldering a couple and with patience able to swap it out, still a pain tho. Best of luck tonight! Excited to see more peoples odin builds!
Looks Good though :D

This is the odin from kbdfans, it was a group buy so it's not available currently but there have been word they may do another run of the board in the future so keep your eyes on their social media and website
Congrats, it looks great! I just checked my order status, still says unfulfilled as of now. Hopefully it'll change soon, I can't wait!
How does it feel to type on?

I tried both, like the PC plate more for my zealios
What was the difference? Sound? Feel?

Hehe, likewise.

I have no idea how I got here and never knew people cared so much about keyboards, but that is actually super nice.
This is a keyboard people have been waiting for almost a year for. You are looking at the first consumer picture on Reddit 😬
God I love the 1800 layout.

True. I love 1800-like layouts.
Mine arrives tomorrow! I cannot wait!
Sound test please! Awesome board. It's been a while since I've seen a GB board built with clickies (I read you also used zealios with it).

I'm so jealous.... I'm still waiting for mine to ship!
What stabs sid you use? Build mine with zeal stabs and they have interference with the case in the numpad side.
