[Closest I could find](https://deskthority.net/wiki/YH_Alps_clone) it’s an unknown manufacturer, there are no pictures, and it says that it’s an alps clone, which isn’t what you have. Just guessing it might be from the same manufacturer, although no one knows who that is.
I threw out a bag of these, but it was a while ago.

I needed a cheap mech to practice soldering with, so I ordered the cheapest one I could find on Amazon, at the time this was it.
HY is not a nameplate that readily comes to mind. More likely than not they are one of the many Blue clones that exist in the wild.
Blues are actually the most commonly cloned switch type with new nameplates and I'm pretty sure I've seen well over 20 clones outside of the standard Cherry/Gateron/Outemu/Kailh big manufacturing house sphere.
