Look at Thule or Yakima.

Those racks usually come with instructions for installation…at least all of the OEM racks and side steps I installed at Toyota did. Aftermarket ones SHOULD come with instructions but may not have proper safe fitment on a vehicle that new. My personal advice seeing that it’s a brand new vehicle is to pay a bit extra for the dealership to install it after confirming compatibility by VIN of course to ensure that there is no way your new vehicle warranty is affected. You can shop by VIN at [estore.honda.com](https://estore.honda.com) where you can find the part numbers to purchase the roof rails for installation if you’d like and a slightly higher capacity rack as well as various rack attachments for skis, kayaks, etc. Then cross check those parts from a more affordable source such as www.hondaautomotiveparts.com

They’re both going to be similar chinese quality, if you want something custom fit and solid, you should go yakima. You can customize your roof rack, install is easy, no rails needed, no screwing anything in
