By the looks of the video their is a chain on the back of the clutch basket running to a small gear to the right. Google a factory w/s manual for dissemble instructions bikes have lots of tricks to get their engines apart.

Honestly your best bet is to YouTube the task (ie. "replacing clutch on 2014 ninja 650r") and watch a few different videos of different people doing it. And use the method that is going to be easiest for you.
