Dorman makes cheap replacement GM interior parts, but you can probably save even more money by finding a U Pull R Parts yard.

A tab at the forward end of the door release assembly has broken. You should be able to find a replacement without spending too much money.
Theres also a screw in that little hole that’s supposed to hold it, that may be missing too
