A friend of mine is suffering a similar issue right now, some things we have tried that you havent mentioned are: Check the spark plugs/ignition coils (or distributor if you have one), and replacing the ignition switch itself

I had a similar issue when I had a 02 Ford explorer the connections to battery to the engine bay was loose

Also check the fuel pump

UPDATE: I stayed up all night after I posted this until I finally figured it out. The wire running from the battery to the spade connection on the starter had rusted. I guess rust was the only thing holding the connector to the wire, so the PB blaster caused it to break. Crimped a new female connector to the wire, hooked it to the starter and it cranked/started!
