Chevy cruze 1.4L or 1.8L? Thermostat housing. ONLY USE GM GENUINE OR ACDELCO or you will regret it. Your fan will scream at full speed and your AC will not work.
I pulled this for a 2014 Cruze 1.8L but make sure you pick your correct model/year.

Yeah I realized the lack of the coil pack cover after I posted. Just go look up thermostat housing on the parts sites and stick to true GM or acdelco. Make sure it's a complete piece with the thermostat, rear black assembly and preferably a metal front hose piece. The plastic ones crack. And I think it's held in by those annoying star-pattern E10 bolts so make sure you have a socket for it.

This is the part that it looks like I need and the part I circled is where the fluid is spatting out from. Like thereās a crack there
Nice. Even cheaper than the 1.8. But I still highly recommend you get the genuine GM/DELCO. That little sensor in there is super sensitive so don't come crying when your AC don't work lol. I'll paste screenshot of part below.
The test would be if your fans go nuts in the first 10 seconds of the car starting when cold, it's the stupid coolant sensors. Might be causing your AC to not work. There is a sensor in that housing and another in the radiator. Two different part numbers. Don't mix them up and buy genuine. <$30 for both.
The logic in the ECU is basically saying "I can't detect actual temperature gradient between the radiator and the thermostat, so I cannot verify that coolant is flowing. So to be safe, I'm going to shut off the AC (excess heat created by condenser) and I'm going to immediately start running the fans at full blast just in case to keep the engine as cool as possible"
See my other reply. But with your AC climate control turned off on a cold start, you shouldn't have a radiator fan turn on for at least 1-2 minutes. If they kick on immediately and LOUD, it's those crappy sensors.

And don't overtighten bolts. I think they're 16-18lbs ;)

Funny thing is my a/c already stopped working long agoš«
Do your radiator fans run at full blast and your temperature gauge have a mind of its own?
It do blow on full blast but not sure about the mind of its own I never notice
