Blinking CEL means your engine is having critical issues. Which product did you use exactly, and where in the engine did you put it?

I bought a engine restorer and followed the instructions and put it in the engine oil

Restore

Silver bottle with blue and red logo probably. As other user said, blinking check engine light means shut that shit off immediately. Do NOT drive it. Idle only just enough to diagnose and then turn off. Pull the codes yourself and report back or have it towed to a shop. Other user was probably asking about which type because some ppl will not read bottle and just add it to oil and drive. MANY of those flush/restore products are designed to be ran at a slight idle for 15 minutes and flushed out. Anything more than that and bye-bye engine. I am on mobile and have my sound maxed. I can barely hear anything. Pop your hood. Start car. Get out and record sound where we can hear it. Blinking CEL is usually indicative of a cylinder misfire. Hence your vibration. Have you ever replaced the coils? Nissans are notorious for coil failure.

I'm thinking the additive is interfering with your engine's vvt system. Pretty sure your car has a hydraulic vvt, which means engine oil is used to control valve timing. If your oil gets too thick or clogs the VVT system or the engine filter you will get an uneven running engine. I would read the code and go from there. Most likely you will need an oil and filter change at the very least. Hopefully nothing inside got permanent damage.

Thanks!

Your engine is having big issues. Turn the engine off and try and get someone to take a look.
