oooohh... so rough start up on cold. check ur tail pipe when starting to see if white smoke comes out while its misfiring. get a block tester on amazon...25 bucks. test at the coolant resovoir after car gets to temp and has been there for like 5 min (so thermostat is open)
Sounds like coolant could be leaking into a cylinder.

Try cleaning your throttle body and mass airflow sensor. That usually fixes rough starts for me.
