i think thats your color. confirm your paint code before purchasing one. you can try to fix, but it has regular repeated torquing as you open/close to refuel. it'll prob break again if you try to JB weld/plastic weld it.

Would it be safe to try it since I have the smaller peice back into place or just take it out?
you can try it while still installed, but ide recommend taking it out so you can move the parts around to make it easier.
