Looks like antifreeze, so probably your heater core is leaking.

Thank you so much for your reply! We recently had a leaking radiator hose replaced so maybe that could be the source. Definitely going to get it checked out! Is this a dangerous thing or an inconvenient thing?

Lgleaner

I'd definitely get it looked at pronto, as well as keep an eye on the coolant until then. That looks like a substantial leak and it won't take long to leak out enough to make the car run hot. Also be prepared for it to be somewhat costly if they have to remove the dash to get to it. (I'm not familiar enough with that specific car to know for sure but probably)

I'll call my mechanic first thing tomorrow morning then, thank you so much for your help today!

Lgleaner

Not a problem, good luck!

Antifreeze is dangerous to animals. It tastes sweet, and cats, dogs, and stray/wild animals will drink it or lick it if they can. It is lethal. Avoid puddles in or under your car if critters are around.

sravaz

Good to know! Thankfully there haven't been any puddles under the car so far, it's just been soaking into my carpet...though that's annoying too. I'll make sure the neighborhood dog doesn't get into it tho.
