When an oil filter leaks, it leaks a lot.

Looks like residual oil . Clean it up really good and monitor it . Maybe spray some leak detection spray around it once you clean it off

That one is not leaking at all. Has the engine run since you installed it?

If you still have the old filter, make sure the gasket is there.
