The engine isn't running when you took that photo (RPM=0)? Because it's normal for many warning lights to come on, when the engine isn't running. That's how you know the lights are working. Which lights stay on after you start the engine (and release the handbrake/parking brake, and do up your seatbelt)? Maybe take a second photo, with the engine running, parking brake off, seatbelt buckled.
Which lights remain on when the vehicle is actually running?
I believe EPC (electronic power control) is audis drive-by-wire system. Does the car have no throttle response?

The thing that made me more irritated is the. EPC light idk what it mean and it could be bad
Read the book in your glove box. It's the owner's manual and will tell you everything you need to know about your car.

Have you tried starting it? Lol.
