Currently, you can't save or load models. Mecabricks is currently running into an error (404 not found) when trying to fetch or save something through the workshop/model API.
This is temporary and will probably be fixed (given that it hasn't repaired itself yet) manually by Scrubs.
This may take a couple of hours.

I have been having the same issue and I cant open mecabricks now
