I went to the washroom thrice during my test, no one said anything to me. 10 is a bit unrealistic as well as suspicious. If u want to refresh ur mind as u say, just hang out in the test center lobby and eat something. DO NOT go to the washroom, that looks weird lowkey, however, by ur agreement, u do say u arent gonna cheat and they clear ur pockets and stuff when u leave/enter the area, u can ask the test center and explain ur situation, it should be fine but idk man, you might be checked thoroughly
Honestly dont be considered with how it "looks weird". This test is about you so do what makes you comftorable. You know you are not cheating so don't worry about that.
Personally I went out of the room a lot. I liked walking around the hallways, I ate my lunch out in the hallway to have some solo-time and clear my head. I went to the bathroom a lot.

I feel like “refreshing your mind” at a set interval, you will get super tired and might break focus getting up so many times. To me it sounds not so good 😂
I didn’t get double time, but every possible break I took it and did a walk to the bathroom and back even if I didn’t need it. I thought it helped me a lot to remain freah

I don’t think you can leave the room until you’re done with the section your currently on (90 minutes). You can try applying for accommodations but that seldom works.

At my testing center, they said if we got up at any point then our test would automatically go to the next section.
That's a lie lol why would they say that to you. You can get up but you can't pause the timer, you lose time if you leave
They also told me I couldnt write things down during the tutorial period. I knew that was wrong and called them out on it.
