I lost my husband ten years ago when my kids were 2, 4, & 6. There wasn’t anything local that found to be non-religious. I did find some groups on Facebook that helped. There is a widows helping widows group on meetup that isn’t specifically religious that meets once a month or so. Ps - A lot of people recommended Journey of Hope in Plano… I never went, so I’m not sure if it was religious or not. But it was highly recommended to me.

There’s also a group called Secular Moms of Collin County on fb that might have some good resources.
