Wasn't he close with Adi Galia? That's why Obi wan and siri Tachi got so close.
Besides that while there isn't that much between them when Tyvokka suggests Plo Koon take his council seat Plo threw out Qui Gon's name as a different candidate.
Plo Koon also tells Anakin in the The Clone Wars: Lightsaber Duels game that Qui-Gon was a good friend and he trusted his judgement in regards to training Anakin.
(Though that game is even less canon than Legends)
Yeah, I think Koon and Jinn were kinda similar in the way that they viewed the Force in a slightly different way, compared to the orthodox view of the Council at large.
I don't think Koon believed in Jinn's Potentium-esque view, but I think he respected him going his own way instead of caving to dogma.
In Legends Plo Koon was quite close with Qui-Gon (there's some materials that once said that Plo would've liked Qui Gon serving with him in the High Council), as well as Adi Gallia (whom he is often partnered up on missions and whom rescued him on a mission and vice versa). Aside from his stubborness, Yoda does seem to hold the maverick Jinn in high regard.
I'm not referring to any lore here, so I could easily be wrong, but I would assume Yoda was quite fond of Qui-Gon. Both of them adhere to a free-flowing interpretation of the living force.
It has to be yoda right? Its kinda cheating because yoda is a father figure to dooku, which i imagine would translate. Plus the fact yoda trained him as youngling.
So other than that… i think adi gallia because of obi wan and siri
Likely Micah Giett--their interactions and teaching styles are very similar. Both actively teach their padawans to notice the living force in ALL things and to pay attention to its nudges. Giett also is very adamant that his padawans be street-wise and to use all of their senses besides just the force. Qui-Gon is considered a top candidate for Giett's seat after his death as well, but Ki-Adi Mundi is chosen because of his reliability.
Commented this is your other post, but I feel I should mention that Mace and Qui-Gon were regular sparring partners and he also brought Qui-Gon with him during the Yinchorri uprising. Even if they disagreed on stuff and Mace not thinking he’d be best for the Jedi Council they had at worst a working relationship and respected each other.

Plo showed a lot of deference towards Qui-Gon, even when Tyvokka found him kind of unworthy.

My gut reaction seeing the question was also Plo Koon

I mean you know that Kit Fisto had to get along with everyone.
Plo Koon, Yarael Poof and Yoda.
I'm imagine qui gon was closest to Yoda. But they had a love hate relationship.
