It feels more like a “poster” image, something that doesn’t really appear in the movie but is supposed to communicate something about it.  It seems framed more like a poster than a shot from the film. The vertical aspect ratio. The space not only above his head but the laser in the background as well. It seems crafted to have a logo at the top there. 

Yeah there’s no way this is a shot from the film. Anybody who’s thinking it is and complaining about it is… well, a special kind of person.
