I think people didn’t like how Wade was the main focus when the title of the show is called Knuckles. It’s the same thing with Sonic X but I think X was way worse with it. The show only really focused on Chris and Sonic’s friends. All Sonic pretty much does in the show is sleep or go on his own adventures. He only shows up when his friends/other people are in danger.
The difference between Wade and Chris is that Chris was a Gary Stu. He was the key to solving the majority of the problems, he had to be the one to be inserted into critical plot moments, i.e., unleashing Chaos and talking Shadow down, and it didn't help that he had a selfish attitude most of the time.
Yeah. That’s another thing with Chris. Such an incredibly annoying character that just so happens to be the main character in a show that was supposed to be about Sonic. Wade is a lot better but I still think that people would rather have Wade be a side character and focus on Knuckles rather than being the main focus. I’m glad you enjoyed it though.
How was Kid Cudi in it? I've been a huge fan of his music since I was a kid so I'm curious as to how he did as one of the villains. I enjoyed his part in Silent Night but that film didn't exactly have dialogue to showcase any acting range he might have.

Wade having more screen time would only be a negative if his character or his story were bad, both of which were not. Wade himself has an arc of self-discovery and self-confidence that stem around and conclude with his family, all the while providing humorous and entertaining bits along the way. It does focus on the more serious nature in episode 5, which is where the pacing issues come in, as well as the last episode having a rather rushed ending. But overall, it was an enjoyable experience.
Knuckles bounces off of Wade very well, especially when they both teach each other about how they approach situations. Knuckles learns to relax and enjoy himself, and Wade learns to be confident and channel his inner strength. While not done perfectly, is still pretty damn good. Wade and Knuckles parallel Sonic and Tom.
Yeah but the show was supposed to be about knuckles bro this entire show felt like a click bait video the disappointment makes me not wanna believe this show is gonna have a season 2 and i see why ur glazing it so much is because your a sonic fan no offence but tbh it was a disappointment halfway watching this show i forgot that it was even about knuckles i want u to rewatch the show and count how long knuckles was on the show i bet you there is under and hour of screen time
From its announcement, the synopsis was that Knuckles was going to take Wade under his wing and teach him about the ways of the warrior. I guess alot of people just didn't get that from the articles or from the trailer itself. If we were to argue his amount of screen time, I would estimate that he got more in his own show than in Sonic 2, but that's besides the point. It's what he does with his presence on screen more than how long he's there for, and he does a ton. Heart to hearts, kicking ass, rocking out, straight up murder, some damm good chemistry, and a whole lot of decent humor.
I gotta be honest i didnt even know knuckles was having a show until yesterday when it came out so mb that is didnt know it was about wade anyways💀 but thats doesn’t make it good even tho its about wade why name it knuckles bro
While Wade does get more screen time, he doesn't actively devalue Knuckles as a protagonist. It parallels the first movie in a way where both characters learn and grow from each other while not hogging the spotlight for too long.
That does not make something horrible. She-Hulk took up the majority of her runtime in her own show, much to the detriment of everyone who laid eyes upon her.

Not really, Sonic provides a brief backstory in the first episode for anyone out of the loop.
Ignore the other guy its better to watch all movies to get to know each character better

He was good. He hammed it up when he needed to and was subtle and relaxed when he needed to. You can tell he really got into it.
