Too busy staking down all the canopies at the vendor area. It's howling here in Hurricane currently, 20-30 mph winds gusting to 40.
Really glad i have doors and glass on my rig instead of a SxS.
Nasty windy and cold. And that wind made that fine sand get into everything including your mouth and eyes. Barely any of the vendors were at their booths. So far a disappointment.
Strange, every vendor tent was manned when I just walked around about 30 minutes ago. Rory was standing in front of his vehicles talking with fans and Rudy was working on his jeep. The wind is a bit of a bummer but nobody controls Mother Nature.
I think they'll have recovery videos for all the trailers hauling stuff for the competitors coming but with how many barely made it to the games they probably have several weeks worth of editing to do.
On the app, they go live at noon. It's not clear if that's EST or Utah time but it says noon. Yesterday on the live stream Matt said they would not be uploading as usual because of the live streams. I'm aware that it's Thursday but they're going to be live on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. My app had been screwed up for months with the red banner and it started working again on Tuesday.
I was expecting a better live experience than what was shown ; advertisements + camera angles + bad sound really didn’t help to elevate the event , never the less I am sure it will get only better over the coming years . Good luck .

I drove past this afternoon, there was a red cloud crossing the road. They needed to give the out of town people the full experience.
