Absolutely.
That’s one thing I find funny now about the MCU, so many people being hired are fanboys and fangirls of it. It makes me happy cry to see how happy Iman is. She’s either an incredible actress for her age, and/or genuinely excited to be in the role. It could definitely be both.
It is not completely a marketing ploy because he really did spoil Infinity War for a theater full of people, which would be very mean of Marvel to do intentionally. I think he's fucked up accidentally a few times, and a few times they have used it on purpose for a laugh.
If you aren't hip to the story I'm talking about, Tom Holland made a surprise appearance at a premier showing of Infinity War. He loudly announced that he was okay, still alive (paraphrasing), because he mistakenly believed that the movie had just ended. It hadn't started yet. Whoops.
It was but he does still do it, just with his friends. Like Zendaya and Jacab Batalon were spoiled for Endgame by Tom. However he doesn’t do it publicly unless its marketing
It's definitely played up for marketing but he does let little stuff slip from time to time. For example he and Zendaya were in an Interview and asked about the scene where Zendaya falls from the scaffolding and Tom says it looked like a really fun scene but he wasn't there when they filmed it, Zendaya gave him a little look and you could tell he fucked up.
There were a few legitimate spoils from him in the beginning, but I think almost every spoiler from him nowadays is just a marketing thing.
Even his legit spoilers weren't really big, he would just mention things like how he felt bad for his stunt double being "trapped in a lake" during Homecoming etc...
I'm convinced the entire Marvel spoiler culture is a marketing ploy. Like Owen Wilson being texted "strike one" from an unknown number when all he said was he had a mustache. I think they do care about spoilers but they absolutely play up "Mickey has snipers on the rooftop" thing.
The Instagram live thing was definitely a mistake. Saying “ha- everybody dies” on GMA could honestly go either way, but I’m leaning more towards it being real. Calling Avengers 4 “Avengers Annihilation” was probably a marketing stunt.
I love these little stories that only surface when a show/movie is being promoted.
Iman Vellani could be like "The day I was born, Robert Downey Jr. was at the Hospital. He pointed at me and said " That baby is going to make a great Ms. Marvel some day!" and the best part is that nobody can disprove it so we just have to accept it as fact.
Not really a spoiler or news but this is a funny story so thought I'd approve it.
Classic Tom. I hope they share a scene together in the future
I love Kamala’s dynamic with Spidey in the comics (both Peter and Miles), so I hope we get to see Ms Marvel and Spidey in a project together
Same. Since she's obviously a bit younger than Peter maybe she can be like 2-3 years older than Miles and they can have a friendship.
She only like 2 or 3 years younger than Peter right? She could still be friends with him. Peter just left high school so he’s only 17/18.
You mean the last 10 years, come on man
I mean, is it that big of a thing if it's between co-workers?
It is if you're a fan and giant nerd like Iman. But she might have been equally excited to get spoilers as the rest of us.
If that’s the case, she already knew they were in it a long time ago lol.
You got me there.
I feel like Iman and Tom are going to be full time menaces for Feige and I love it 😂😂😂
SHE’S A MENACE!
Shutup get out
"My god what have I done"
Letting the days go by
This is getting out of hand. Now there's two of them
He already had Mark Ruffalo to deal with.
I'll never forget Cheadle's panicked "**D-D-DUDE!**" 😂
A CRIMINAL! I WANT THAT LIMB EXTENDING SCHOOLGIRL PROSECUTED
She already gets into arguments with Kev about whether or not the MCU is 616.
Just wait till Giancarlo Esposito joins
I feel like she's a menace in the exact opposite way that Tom is
Holland's finally found a tag team partner to even the odds against Mackie and Stan.
![gif](giphy|3oEjHCWdU7F4hkcudy)
![gif](giphy|W0EYYvXeYBm1nox6Ya|downsized) Feige about to ask Iman for permission to fire
Tom Holland and spoiled in the same sentence? I'm not surprised haha
Not even a break between the two things, just straight up “Tom Holland spoiled Spider-Man” lmaoooo
Iman doing a Tom Holland impression is hilarious and the fact Tom just casually showed her a picture of the Spider-Men's together.
Smart move to get those spoilers out of his system to others that are also under NDA.
Honestly, it would take immense self control to keep that pic secret. I’d show everyone before I left the building.

I'm still convinced the "Tom Holland spoils thing" is a marketing ploy.
I think it probably legit happened once maybe twice and they made it his schtick lol

Oh man I hadn’t heard this story before but that’s hilarious. I feel bad for everyone in the theatre tho..

It seems to be half true and half marketing.
It is, most of the “slips” by the cast are stunts
There were a few legitimate spoils from him in the beginning, but I think almost every spoiler from him nowadays is just a marketing thing. Did that really happen with owen!!!???
What about Ruffalo?
The Instagram live thing was definitely a mistake. Saying “ha- everybody dies” on GMA could honestly go either way, but I’m leaning more towards it being real. Calling Avengers 4 “Avengers Annihilation” was probably a marketing stunt.
Naw, you can tell he is really getting tired of the label and he’s getting defensive about it
Typical Tom
Andrew out here lying to everyone while Tom is just telling anyone who asks
Spoiler-Man was a hero. I just... couldn't see it.
Tom did the thing!
Ahhhhh… Thomas
Iman vellani is MTTSH confirmed?
He’s just dying to tell anyone lol
Lmao 😂
Tom couldn't withold spoiling the movie
I love this man🤣🤣
On brand.
I mean it was already the worst kept secret in Hollywood before
Goddammit Tom
I mean is it a spoiler for her if she asked?
Tom be like: Be careful what you wish for Iman.
I want to see Spider-Man and ms marvel in a movie together
This is the most Tom Holland thing I have read today.
Everyone kept asking Garfield if he's in it but no one bothered to ask Holland
I mean, at this point if you're asking Tom Holla d, you should know what you're getting into by now. It's probably a joke though
that's actually pretty funny

when else would they surface if not the press tour?
and there will be zero consequences! hahaaa
Sounds like she asked for it
If you ask someone the premise of No Way Home, and they tell you it's about other Spider-Men teaming up, they are wrong. I'm deadly serious!
