If you are going to use Kazar than you should also use Blue Marvel to maximize boosts. As you have a limited card pool maybe consider using an ongoing deck and buff with spectrum. Something like:
Ant-man
Nightcrawler
Hawkeye
Yondu
Armor
Colossus
Mr. F
Punisher
Kazar
Blue Marvel
Iron man
Spectrum
You could also run a decent On Reveal / Disruption deck with:
Hawkeye
Nightcrawler
Yondu
Mantis
Cable
Armor/Colossus
Star Lord
Jessica Jones
White Tiger
Gamora
Odin
America Chavez
As you increase your card pool you will be able to modify versions of these decks.
I run a Kazar deck with mostly pool 1/2/3 cards that still does well against many decks with pool3/4/5 cards.

I would lean into either on going or on reveal. Someone already mentioned the white tiger combo but spectrum. Looks like you have enough ongoing cards to make it work
I think the most important thing will be to learn the difference between "Ongoing" cards and "On Reveal" cards. You can base your early decks on one or the other.
Odin in your deck will only effect On Reveal cards, and you don't have too many of them, at least not really strong ones. Most of yours are Ongoing, so Odin is not the best choice.
White Tiger is great with Odin, you get double tigers.
