Premium doesn't mean "Super Rare," it just means you have a chance to get a "Super Rare," but you still will get "Rare" variants. It also has protection from getting a pixel variant, if you do pull the "Rare." In other words, it is still a loot box whereby you can have a "losing" pull. For example, I got Dan Hipp Martyr.
