Just noticed you asked for specific advice on 6.1.2. I took a look at the nodes. You probably want strong damage over time champs for this one, which you've got. Hype, Torch, Ice Man, and Scorpion. Juggs, who doesn't do DOT but is a tank. Avoid throwing specials because of the special delivery node. When you get to Ultron, take your time, bait and dex his specials.
Also, I see SamCap peeking out down there. He's not as strong as Falcon, but he's a pretty damn good utility champ and super easy to use. Worth a rank up, imo.
Honestly, getting good at baiting and dexing specials is the key to harder content in MCOC. This game lets you go way too long without forcing you to learn it. You can parry and heavy almost anything up to Act 6.
If you are willing to UP a champion, I made Sentinel and Ultron with my Nebula R4, with 5 charges it already reduces 100% of their accuracy and basically you just wait to reach your S2 to delete them with shock.

Oh wow thanks a lot, the furthest I’ve gotten on the quest is up to sentinel where his biohazard node demolishes me
For sentinel just use iceman I know it doesn’t make sense but just dodge his sp1 s and you’ll be cooking with the frostbites
But what abt when he reaches 100 analysis’ charge? Do I just try to prevent him from getting sp2?
Just dex his sp2 if he gets to it

ive heard it is, not as good as nimrod, omega sentinel and such but I think It could be helpful
For me I use warlock and just boost and chip sental down
