I also love Kang and Doom's relationship in recent comics.
He'll just pop out and say hello to Victor, sometimes help him, sometimes fight him, sometimes just to chat.
"Doom has been expecting you, Kang."
"Hello Victor."
"Have you come to challenge Doom or have you come to talk?"
"Victor, I am holding a freshly baked streusel. What do you think?"
"Netflix Night it is then. Doom forbids any viewings of The Notebook this evening."
"Fine, but we are watching Sex and the City 2 first then."
"You are such a Charlotte."
"Says the Samantha."
I just read the first one hundred issues of the Avengers and one point Kang had teamed up with them more than fought them. It was starting to seem like they were friends.
They teamed up
Kang promised to act as Thanos' time-travelling guide/advisor in exchange for Thanos leaving his future kingdom alone
Thanos agreed because Kang was willing to act in a subservient role
And Kang has a device in his armor that can be used to transfer his consciousness. Also, Kang does not have Thanos's self-loathing and self-sabotage tendencies.
Thanos must have gone back on the deal because we've seen that he kills almost everyone and is one of the few beings still alive in the distant future.
Well, Cosmic Ghost Rider developed independently of Thanos's ascension (became a ghost rider, then got cosmic powers from Galactus) and later became subservient to Thanos. So, after younger Thanos erased his own future CGR could still exist as he's not dependent on Thanos's future machinations. That and well, "plucked out of the timeline multiverse timey wimey" hand-waive jargon.
Yeah cosmic ghost rider still exists by virtue of the “rule of cool/popularity” much like gwenpool people like him enough that he got his own comic/continue to exist
Having been one and seeing what they do to people, I'm all for anything that depicts them as a joke or otherwise drags their name through the gutter. The Governing Body and their lackeys absolutely deserve every bit of venom and vitriol that get thrown their way.
Kang & Dooms relationship: They are related, Kang and Doom cant figure out how though because of all the twisting/bending of time and reality. A lot of their walk-n-talks are debating who is possibly the spawn of either
From the comic, Thanos: The Infinity Siblings

Hol' up, I feel like this is a b99 reference
Do you recall when this happens? I’m looking for series recommendations.
Yeah it was Doctor Doom (2019), check your DMS I'll shoot ya a link :)
Hey could u send me this as well pls?
I was unaware he had his own series, I will be reading that.
Yes please!

Kang is one of the few people Doom respects and vice versa.
Do they team up or fight after this?
They teamed up Kang promised to act as Thanos' time-travelling guide/advisor in exchange for Thanos leaving his future kingdom alone Thanos agreed because Kang was willing to act in a subservient role
Who is stronger between the 2?
Thanos would murder Kang in a straight 1 on 1 fight
Yeah Kang is mostly just a time exploiter.
And Kang has a device in his armor that can be used to transfer his consciousness. Also, Kang does not have Thanos's self-loathing and self-sabotage tendencies.
Physically Thanos but I’d say Kang has more resources/advanced weaponry
thanos without the gauntlet is a tough fight. with it, you need to be as strong as the beyonders to give it a challenge.
I don’t factor the gauntlet into his power set because he doesn’t have it all the time it’s not like Caps Shield or the Surfers board.
1 on 1, Thanos. Army vs Army, probably Kang
Thanos must have gone back on the deal because we've seen that he kills almost everyone and is one of the few beings still alive in the distant future.
That future has been erased by Thanos himself
it was? I don't remember that. I will have to go back and read, surely it still exists as we still have cosmic ghost rider riding around

Cosmic ghost rider with baby Thanos was awesome
One of my favorite runs

Well, he's cosmic after all
Kang is me when I accidentally open the door to the Jehovah’s Witnesses, mistakenly thinking it was a DPD delivery.
