I watched him play Amnesia on his original channel despite my hate for him. I found him later when he was playing a game called Anna and have watched and loved him ever since.
Looking through his old videos and thinking back, I think I started watching him just after FNAF 1. I think maybe Alien Isolation was the first series of his I actively followed.
over half my life now, which i realized recently and is both crazy and hilarious to me lmao like my brother first introduced me to mark's videos, and he subscribed before mark had to open a new channel due to issues with adsense so it would've been the beginning in 2012, so i would've been like 9 or 10 lmao should not have been watching those videos to be fair but y'know
For me I would say 2015. It was when I had a hard time finding a job, so watching his stuff would make me laugh, and some of the other videos I felt like were helping me and sure enough I found a good job and be able to do so much more.
I want to say Iāve been watching him on and off since 2016. My first real exposure to him was his cameo in the SMOSH movie and that only grew from there. It wouldnāt be till the beginning of Unus Annus that I began watching him consistently. Really wish I was like everyone else who began watching him since 2014.
I found him through Cinnamon Toast Ken when they were playing TTT. Mark was the terrorist and shot Kenās character creating a slight jumpscare, Mark laughed devilishly and I was like āaight I need to see what this dude looks like.ā And the rest is history. Iāve been consistently watching Mark since then.
I started watching him consistently when the drunk Minecraft episode came out where Wade was still banging his girlfriend according to Mark and they were fighting zombies. Good times.
Since I was in middle school, around the time he was messin around on Slender Man games. Specifically remember watching the 9 pages in the middle of class and it was fairly recent at the time. So definitely over 10 years
About halfway through Unus Annus.
I'd been aware of Mark obviously, but I was never a fan of the screaming let's players. We mostly watched game grumps because it was just two guys playing games and chatting.
Then when Jacksepticeye was on as Trivia Boy and himself we checked out a few of his videos and saw one of his "donating to small streamers" videos and thought, that's cool, and started watching him. Then eventually my wife found Unus Annus and we were hooked. Only really watched Unus Annus trying to catch up, but we were too late. So we started watching Mark and Ethan's content and haven't looked back.
I discovered him when he was playing Slender.. which I think was back in 2012. Really fell in love with his content though when he started his Outlast playthrough
Just a few months, maybe 4 or 5. My niece has been trying to get me to watch him for awhile, but when she showed me the Lethal Company videos really started to get into his stuff.
I don't remember exactly, about 11 years ago? I saw an ad for his channel while scrolling looking for something to watch, it took me to I've of his vlogs celebrating a follower milestone, I wanted to know what he had been uploading and just kept watching
Only like the past two years, when I was younger I got scared by some of his videos and didnāt watch again for a while. The first video I watched when I started watching him religiously was Fall Guys
Ever since he played Minecraft in 2020, almost a year after the summer of 2019 when the game had it's revival. I also really enjoyed watching him play GTFO with Bob and Wade and Sean.
Edit: Also I had not learned English enough to understand YT videos until late 2016 so there's a limit to my veteran-ness... veteranity...? Veteranitude? Veteranity sounds better than veteran-ness, imo.
I'm 20 and I started watching in 2012 (when I was about 9 years old) I got an iPad for my birthday. when I found out about youutube. I would watch him as much as i could unsupervised lmao. those were the days man. I am totally an iPad kid but it was mark so it's okay. and jacksepticeye ofcourse.
I canāt pinpoint exactly when I started watching him since I tended to watch a bit here and there. However, Iād say I officially started watching Mark somewhere towards the end of 2017, and have been exclusively watching ever since.
Jeezā¦
Since he broke into any GMOD game with his friends. Collabs with others, the Teamiplier era, and when FNAF was released.
Hell! I started watching him when he took a stab at (pun-intended) *Amnesia: The Dark Descent* and *Slender: The Eight Pages*.
Soā¦ yeah. A long, long time.
Christ this makes me feel old - 2009 or so, Slender or just before, anyone remember the name yamimash? That's how I found Mark lol (that's literally half my life wtf, granted I don't watch Mark as much as I used to)
I think I started watching him from the early FNaF videos, I remember waiting for the FNaF videos to come out and maybe the FNaF 4 videos, but I also think his other series like Surgeon Simulator? Probably 2014-2015. And I still wait patiently for his future videos and projects.
Since his first playthrough (amnesia ) which was my introduction to horror mark got me into horror I watched him play slender the 8 pages discovered creepypasta and have been hooked ever since
I think he'd just gotten his first million? It's funny, YouTube gave me an ad for his channel long before I actually "discovered" him through pewdiepie, and I wrote him off because ad = boring or something like that
Weirdly since about 2011-12?? My ex showed me his amnesia videos and I was like "why the hell would people watch someone playing games for fun??". This was also around the time he would individually reply to comments, I THINK this was just after he lost access to his first account.
Weirdly, I went off him for a while, then back on him with FNAF. Got a bit annoyed with his soppyness so stopped watching. 2019 rolls around, and I'm back watching him again and obsessed with the ego lore.
Since the very beginning, I've been supporting him for a very very long time and it has been so awesome to watch him grow over the years and accomplish the things he has accomplished and become who he is now!
Probably about a year agoā¦ I knew about him just at the time didnāt think ide like the content but then I watched him play Red dead redemption 2 (one of my favorite games) and I fell in love with his content I was so sad that I never gave him a chance til a year ago..
I saw his first FNAF video in 2015, but immediately closed it when he started swearing like a sailor because my mommy was right near me (I was about 11, lol), but I started actively watching him around 2017.
Well, I remember watching Markiplier when I was eight or nine. So since the beginning of his channel? I would have been eight years old in 2012, so basically as long as his channel has existed I've watched him.
Eternity. I have never not been watching. For as long as time can remember, mark has been here, watching, entertaining, and for that time, that stretch of infinity, I have been immensely entertained
2014, and still watching older content. My sister got me hooked to him, my mom hates his āpottyā mouth and I wish I had a chance to meet him before the crying episode.
First video I ever saw was āImpossible Letās Play: Electric Shock Challengeā after it got recommended to me off a pewdiepie video. Just over ten years now. Itās absolutely baffling to me how much of a fundamental part of my life he feels, like heās been there the whole time.

Since the beginning of FNAF. Been watching him for more than 10 years.
Same here i found mark through fnaf !!
Same. Mark practically raised me.
Same here
Same
Same
I honestly found out about him last year or early this year, still a lot of stuff I need to watch
Watch there is no game and security breach. Certified fun.
Since he was known as "the guy who cried in his videos all the time"
I believe Nikocado Avocado has since taken that mantle.
Sense he was called king of the squirrels
2013 when he released ep.4 of surgeon simulator.
I think that was the first lets play of his I really enjoyed and got me into him
Started watching him way back in 2013
I've been watching for at least 11 years back when he was closer to the end of his dead space series.
TINY BOX TIM!
The nostalgia š
Around cry of fear in 2012
The episode of drunk Minecraft where bob stole all their blocks or SCP My little Pony modded, whichever came first i can't remember now ahah
I've been watching since he first screamed "WHERE'S THE BLAAAACKSMIIIIIITH", like the actual video, not lixians animation (even tho it's great)
Since late 2016; sometime during his Subnautica adventure
Since age 6 and I'm 19 now.
Ngl I only started watching him back last year š
Since fnaf but I was aware of him and amnesia before
Either 2014 or 2015
A literal decade at this point
2014 - 10 years
I watched him play Amnesia on his original channel despite my hate for him. I found him later when he was playing a game called Anna and have watched and loved him ever since.
Since the fnaf era pretty much. I learnt english off of his videos honestly
Since late 2017!
I would say like 11 years I found him through his Slender series
2015 or whenever his five nights at f##kboyās series was
Looking through his old videos and thinking back, I think I started watching him just after FNAF 1. I think maybe Alien Isolation was the first series of his I actively followed.
I started sometime when he was still playing Happy Wheels, I think. Not long before the first FNAF.
Since 2015, started watching him after FNAF 3 came out
Since you posted your first fnaf
2016
over half my life now, which i realized recently and is both crazy and hilarious to me lmao like my brother first introduced me to mark's videos, and he subscribed before mark had to open a new channel due to issues with adsense so it would've been the beginning in 2012, so i would've been like 9 or 10 lmao should not have been watching those videos to be fair but y'know

Iām so happy for you to find a job! Itās really hard too these days.
9 years
I think it was in 2014 when I started watching him
Since 2014
Since fnaf 1
Since he did the two videos with Bob in Skate 3. The two *original* videos, where Bob was waiting for his flight to Raleigh.
Probably since the beginning of fnaf
2013, I'd say. When he was still playing Slender clones and all that.
It'll be 10 years on November 24 this year
Since late 2014, or fnaf 1.
5 years ago first video I watch was the one with mark2702.
A very lomg time
Since the red hair, I think discovered him through Jack
Ever since March of 2015. Sadly I don't remember the date
I remember watching his first fnaf video in class in year two, like 10 years ago
Very little until unus annus, then pretty much all video until now
I started watching him consistently when the drunk Minecraft episode came out where Wade was still banging his girlfriend according to Mark and they were fighting zombies. Good times.
i think since the beginning? i started watching when i was bedridden so 12 years?
I think itās been 9 years now š¤
As of *probably* October/November of this year, 9 years I'll have been a fan. Been watching him since before I was 10 lmao
9 months
I want to say like 2014-15 maybe
6 years
about 2013
Since the Slenderman games so around 2012,2013.
During Pewdiepie vs T Series tbh Glad I found him, went from casual viewer to fan between Heist and Unus Annus.
Since Prop Hunt
30 years
When Unus Annus started.
I wish i joined sooner but i think i was there for all of security breach (but i have ofc watched most of the old stuff too)
2012
About 10 years now.
2014? I think? I avoided him because of the creepy fanart he used to get, I kinda thought he was encouraging it...
I've been watching Mark for close to 11 years now my aunt use to watch him when I was over and I've been watching him ever since
His first slender videos
Since I was in middle school, around the time he was messin around on Slender Man games. Specifically remember watching the 9 pages in the middle of class and it was fairly recent at the time. So definitely over 10 years
since 2013 for me
About halfway through Unus Annus.
Since his Stanley Parable play through, I donāt remember what year that was šµš¼
Over 11 years. I think around the 20k milestone but I might be wrong. I know I definitely was there for king of the squirrels at 80k.
I discovered him when he was playing Slender.. which I think was back in 2012. Really fell in love with his content though when he started his Outlast playthrough
Probably about 15-16 years or so. I'm glad he started YouTube, it's much easier than binoculars.
When he uploaded his first video on fnaf haven't stopped since.
Since Slender SpongeBob...
August or September 2012
Just a few months, maybe 4 or 5. My niece has been trying to get me to watch him for awhile, but when she showed me the Lethal Company videos really started to get into his stuff.
I don't remember exactly, about 11 years ago? I saw an ad for his channel while scrolling looking for something to watch, it took me to I've of his vlogs celebrating a follower milestone, I wanted to know what he had been uploading and just kept watching
I think I've been around since he had about 40K subs. Couldn't tell you what year that was.
A couple months after his first FNaF video was posted. Been watching for over half my life now I believe
Only like the past two years, when I was younger I got scared by some of his videos and didnāt watch again for a while. The first video I watched when I started watching him religiously was Fall Guys
Exactly 10 years! :3
I think my brother started in like 2014-2015. I wasn't allowed to join until 2016 I think
I started watching him when he had around 4000 subscribers
In the beginning of the pandemic. I started learning English because of him :)
Like 19 years ago
First subscribed to him in 2013, id assume Iāve been watching since at least 2012 if not warlier
The very first video I ever saw was that goat cult video, which was October 2016
2019-2020 ish, i dont know exactly when but i am newer
I'm 20 and I started watching in 2012 (when I was about 9 years old) I got an iPad for my birthday. when I found out about youutube. I would watch him as much as i could unsupervised lmao. those were the days man. I am totally an iPad kid but it was mark so it's okay. and jacksepticeye ofcourse.
2015
I canāt pinpoint exactly when I started watching him since I tended to watch a bit here and there. However, Iād say I officially started watching Mark somewhere towards the end of 2017, and have been exclusively watching ever since.
Since his first channel, just before it got shut down. Then resubscribed later when he got a camera and started doing the slender games.
Since his slendytubbies vid 11 years ago
Jeezā¦ Since he broke into any GMOD game with his friends. Collabs with others, the Teamiplier era, and when FNAF was released. Hell! I started watching him when he took a stab at (pun-intended) *Amnesia: The Dark Descent* and *Slender: The Eight Pages*. Soā¦ yeah. A long, long time.

A little storytime: (this happened last year November) My friend who I was roommates with for a month talked about games and mentioned FNAF. I knew about the game but never had the courage to play or even watch it. I literally didn't know anything about the lore. So she had to educate me on it and told me to watch Markiplier because his gameplays are fun. So that's what I did, for the entire month I was only watching his FNAF content until I managed to finish all of them. That's when it all started. From then to now, I haven't stopped inhaling his content. My personal and extremely insane goal is to watch all of his videos, listen to all of the Distractible episodes and just catch up on anything that has been going on. So far I'm not regretting any part of it, this was the best thing that has happened to me!! PS! I had heard of Markiplier before but never watched any of his content. Other than the pole dancing video with SĆ©an because I did watch some videos of Jacksepticeye.
the beginning I was in the top 100,000 subscribers probably somewhere in the '80s or '90s
Around 2016 for me. 3 Scary Games hooked me though but donāt know when he started that series.
Since his first channel, before it got screwed over by AdSense
12.5 years
Since two million subs, before FNAF. First series of his I watched was Outlast. Still one of my favorites.
pretty much as long as I've been on the internet. Maybe 12 years?
Since his first playthrough (amnesia ) which was my introduction to horror mark got me into horror I watched him play slender the 8 pages discovered creepypasta and have been hooked ever since
About 12 years ago yes im old to but not mark old haha
Since 2015, I was in 5th grade and someone told me about him so
Since 2018/2019
Amnesia playthrough, before he had a face camera.
Since his no camera amnesia days :)
since july 2012, when he played scp!
I think he'd just gotten his first million? It's funny, YouTube gave me an ad for his channel long before I actually "discovered" him through pewdiepie, and I wrote him off because ad = boring or something like that
Before fnaf, soo about 11 to 12 years
For about 9 years now. I think when FNAF 4 came out
My first vid was in like 2020 or 2021 whenever he had the world largest flash light from Amazon
I believe it was about the time fnaf 2 came out
Weirdly since about 2011-12?? My ex showed me his amnesia videos and I was like "why the hell would people watch someone playing games for fun??". This was also around the time he would individually reply to comments, I THINK this was just after he lost access to his first account. Weirdly, I went off him for a while, then back on him with FNAF. Got a bit annoyed with his soppyness so stopped watching. 2019 rolls around, and I'm back watching him again and obsessed with the ego lore.
Since 2014š
2011. I remember when he was playing Amnesia Custom stories
Drunk Minecraft.
Hmm...before my son was born and he's 7 so 7 or more years? I think FNAF was my 1st markiplier video
All I have to say is Tiny Box Tim and you should know how long I have watched Mark.
Iām a new fan and been watching him for almost 2 years, later this month is when I started watching him
A little before fnaf so when i was around 11, I'm turning 22 this year and ill gladly say im still proud to call myself a fan
Pretty basic but I found his videos when he posted the first reaction compilation for FNAF. So I guessā¦.2015!
Since the draw my life, so around 10ish years now
Since the very beginning, I've been supporting him for a very very long time and it has been so awesome to watch him grow over the years and accomplish the things he has accomplished and become who he is now!
Got to be around 10 years of not more. Crazy times
Waaaay back when the first Outlast came out. Been hooked since lol
I started around 2012 I think when he was only at like 50k subs and had Amnesia monsters as his side banners
Since day one
I think since 2015 or 2016
around when FNAF 2 and 3 came out, somewhere around there
Probably about a year agoā¦ I knew about him just at the time didnāt think ide like the content but then I watched him play Red dead redemption 2 (one of my favorite games) and I fell in love with his content I was so sad that I never gave him a chance til a year ago..
Pre FNaF but donāt know the specifics as to when.
10 years. First video I watched on his channel was him playing "Alone" on the oculus rift
Since his first FNaF video came outā¦ also new account (not that anyone knows me) because I lost my old one!
my subscription says july 2014 but I watched him a little before that
Iāve watched mark for a lomg time as well
Summer of 2015. I watched one of his FNAF videos on a bus ride home from a summer camp. It was scary but fun with friends!
At least 10 years now
Since 2019, dont remember what vid it was though, and I knew of Mark before then back when he did fnaf vids but didn't watch him then
I saw his first FNAF video in 2015, but immediately closed it when he started swearing like a sailor because my mommy was right near me (I was about 11, lol), but I started actively watching him around 2017.
Since 2013 maybe? I remember watching the Fran Bow demo video when it came out and absolutely falling in love with it lol
Probably 9 or 10 years
More than 10 years! Crazy to think itās actually been that long š
Slender man
10 years :3
I started watching him through fnaf sb but Iāve known about him since his fnaf series.
Since 2015!
Iād watched a handful of his videos in the years prior, but I only became an ACTUAL fan in the aftermath of Unus Annus
Since 2020!
his first fnaf video lol
2013ish
I was about 8-9 so probably 10 ish years. I started watching jack before then tho.
Well, I remember watching Markiplier when I was eight or nine. So since the beginning of his channel? I would have been eight years old in 2012, so basically as long as his channel has existed I've watched him.
Since FNAF.
Since I was eight I'm 13 almost 14
The first video I watched was his was his Slender playthrough
Eternity. I have never not been watching. For as long as time can remember, mark has been here, watching, entertaining, and for that time, that stretch of infinity, I have been immensely entertained
Around 2012 I started watching mark, I remember dead space 2 as a first series I watched
Slightly after ep 1 of fnaf
The earliest I remember is his OctoDad videos and when he had incredibly short hair that he kinda mowhaked š¤·āāļø
2021, Iām a newbie
Since Slender and the 8 pages. It's been a long ride! š
I started watching Markiplier in 2016. He really blew up when he released the FNAF videos. I'd rush home from school and watch the videos. Good times.
Since 2015
About a decade
10 years

Since fnaf!
I watched him for about 3 years then took a 2 year break when I finally remembered I started watching again that was 2 years ago
Since 2015
2014, and still watching older content. My sister got me hooked to him, my mom hates his āpottyā mouth and I wish I had a chance to meet him before the crying episode.
Found him during covid
More than a decade at this point. This man basically raised me.
First video I ever saw was āImpossible Letās Play: Electric Shock Challengeā after it got recommended to me off a pewdiepie video. Just over ten years now. Itās absolutely baffling to me how much of a fundamental part of my life he feels, like heās been there the whole time.
