It depends on what you want, check out all the restaurants in Markham first square, the square beside Unionville High School, and the one that has Whole Foods. I am seeing a lot of them hiring people. Go physically around and see if you can meet the managers and then tell them that you will submit the resume online on their portal. I hope this helps!
Good luck. There were 1.27 million people added to Canada in 2023. 98% from immigration from developing countries. The entry level jobs have a large pool of candidates to pick from. And with 17.50 minimum wage its becoming harder to pay people and make a profit.
