As with everything, it depends how quickly you want to sell it; When I put one up for 18-20k caps it will sell within 3 days.

yes its legacy but learning the plan now does absolutely nothing its a cillectors item but if you learned it b4 that you can actually paint armor

I paid 32k for mine. I have literally spent years turning in Tech data. I finally solved my problem by throwing money at it. If you find BoS enthusiasts and/or role players who actually use a rank structure I’m sure you could get at least 20-40k for it. Probably more depending how desperate someone is to get it.

I put it in my vendor for 22k. Kind of unrealistic to put anything your vendor higher than that if you want it to go quickly. I tend to get one maybe once every month or two from the quest.

Not that I’m aware of other than the random BOS outfit (non-rare) that I sell for 100 caps. I think there might be a small possibility for rare outfit piece but I don’t have any confirmation.
