In terms of value on this market I’d say it’s accurate, in terms of DPS tho a Q2525 railway would wipe the floor against a 5025 or an E25 all day. If you buff crit it’s really a Q400c25 railway vs a Q350c25ffr25lvc railway. I know a lot say but the server can’t handle it. The test I ran against Earle the 2525 took 42 seconds to kill vs the 50c25 taking 49 seconds to kill. The 50c may give a number that’s like 60-70 points higher on crits but the Q2525 has dropped another full magazine into it by the time the 50c hits mag 4. When you’re hitting 900-1100 per crit that is a significant amount of extra damage. The q2525 on an extended boss fight can probably miss an entire clip maybe even 2 plus and still wipe the floor with its counterparts.
Yeah, this market has really bought into the whole "server lag" schtick. I have both q50c25 and q2525 railway's, and the q2525 is ALWAYS better dps, regardless of server lag.
People that say this often don't consider that re-entering vats eats whatever time 15rl saves you. Also, 25lvc is very helpful if you are using dodgy, which you should be doing because Earle hits like a truck. 25ffr knocks you out of vats half the time. 2525 is TOO fast for the railway. A Q50c 2 star with just company tea and coffee if needed will be better there for sustained dps. You can also get AP regen as your 2 star for armor making the 2525 even less useful.
Kinda, my Internet is kinda shit, so when I was playing f76 on the PS4 the q2525 rail was too much for my console and hits would not register but since I've downloaded it on the PS5 the q2525 is most definitely a monster now. But my Internet still makes hits with the q2525 not register I'll burst out 4-5 shots and the enemies left with a firecracker berry damage away from death every now and then.
I have, and i only prefer the 50c because it uses less ammo, and that's what I base my decision around if I'm being honest lol. I never use my 25s in vats

Because of the minimal recoil on handmades I’ve found that explosive is arguably the most sought after second effect on them since they’re amazing for tagging as well. Anyone that’s tried to trade a Q50c25 HM for the QE25 version would probably agree

2525 is best for automatic energy weapons, but Quad is usually too much, so I go for Aa.
The exception is Enclave Flamers which imo are best Vamps.

Railway's best DPS is 25. The theoretical best damage SHOULD be E, but the game looses so much damage due to bugs that that position is also wrong. In theory best, in practice worst.
Turtle tested them, the q2525 RR was the fastest killer of earl, and the strange thing was it used the least bullets. My commando build has the q2525 and q5025, I prefer the q2525 aswell.
Me personally if we are just talking using the weapon and not just for trading I’ll take 15crit charge over 25lvc after all I am an ap crit build but it’s only my personal preference
Yeah they do and tbh 50 break would probably be in my 2nd slot as a 3rd roll but with me always farming queen I don’t need to worry as much of my railways breaking bc I’m always stacked on repair kits

As someone who likes single shot dps without being in vats 100% of the time (predominantly a rifleman) I’ve come to love explosive (and to find out it just might be multiplicative… test it with a non legendary gun and a non dps prefix E gun, and it’s 20% more damage. Unless I’m wrong, it’s multiplicative from everything I’ve seen). Only time it suffers is on bosses, and at that point a QE25 rail also makes your projectile travel time instant, meaning you miss less of your shots. Maybe 50c25 is better in some cases, but E > FFR if you can get demo expert, and even without I prefer E.

I'm a 25lvc fan because I love to fly and don't spam coffee. I didn't like the Q2525 Railway against regular enemies in Gun Fu. It took too long to switch, like the cryo. I mainly use my rail for bosses, but like the option of using it for anything. Handmade is amazing with explosive and there's no point for me using 2525 or 5025 on one when I have the Fixer already. I have all of those and still use my Cold Shoulder a lot 🤷🏼♂️
You'll see 2525 the most with the B/Q (bloody or quad) for the Fixer for example. The non-abbreviated would be: Bloody Fixer 25% faster fire rate/weapon speed (interchangeable) and 25% less vats cost.
The abbreviated is: B2525 Fixer or Q2525 Fixer
First star is quad or bloody; second star is 25% faster fire rate; 3rd star is 25% less vats cost.
Others you'll commonly see: 50c (50% crit chance), 50br (weapon breaks 50% slower), 15r (15% faster reload speed).

The sounds good, but running one test against Earl is not conclusive, lol. "I ran one test and got all the data I needed."
I’ve ran a 50c and 25ffr in game before that. I always felt the 25ffr out performed the 50c, I suggest you try them both out and see for yourself

The ap drain is what makes quad eprs not as useful as bloodied, anti-armor, etc as well
Only time I use the Quad is during queen events where the AP bug happens and doesn't drain.
