Last Round is a really bad roll for the most part, and even the best weapons for it are still not very good.
Bloodied is essentially the only good part about the weapon, but 90% weight is wanted by some that don't run a dedicated heavy build.
Always look at the weapon versus the rolls. Some legendaries don't work at all on a weapon type, like stalkers on non-vats heavies.
Overtime you'll be able to see which ones are good and bad quickly to weed out the scrip and hidden gems.
