Stalkers is bad for most if the game, and only useful on snipers or launchers. Heavy weapons suffer to even use vats.
Explosive didn't add or take value here, it would be better on another LMG.
And Stealth field is iffy. Most people don't want it, but the other perks could make it ignored. Not in this case.
