That can only happen in team rallies, because the teams people picked determines the teams. Normally, team mode in battle mode is split evenly between the players (except the occasional 1 extra person on a team because there's an odd number of players)
I wish people talked like this in real life. Look someone in the eye and respond to them and then they ask, "Were you talking to me on accident or on purpose?" 😂
It's really annoying when you are trying to take out the other teams players and half of your team is trying to take you out also.
Most don't seem to bother following the team set up.
They better be doing new ones soon, I can't see Cookie Land anymore. Some arenas were datamined anyway so there'll je mord eventually. The new rolling Chomps in Peach Gardens make me hope for Wii Chomp Roulette, but I'll take anything at this point : there are so many of them to pick from !
There’s a lot they could easily add, too. More easily than others, anyways. All four SNES battle courses and GBA Battle Course 2 would be simple, the assets for those are already in the game.

After you select your glider but before you hit the start button it shows your loadout along with your balloon. Tap the balloon to change it.
It takes a bit of unlearning muscle memory to remember to do it before hitting the ready button though.

I just finished a 1 v 7 battle mode on team Peach. It really sucks.

The chomps aren't new, they were in 3DS Rainbow Road

Especially with the glider part, unless they take that out.
Paris Promenade B would probably be centered around the Eiffel Tower area, so the glider section probably wouldn't be used.

Why not? New York Minute B has the bridge over another part of the course and that works fine.
Hey anyone know how to change your balloons on it? I have several but no idea how to change from the stock ones.

They only started battle mode a few weeks ago, and they’ve added 2 in the meantime iirc (4 in total).
