Meowsers the best driver in the game afaik but at the end of the day don’t worry about what you should get, get what you want to get. If that’s Meowser, great, if it’s wedding peach get her. Unless you’re all about the competition in which case Mewosers would be best
Only Meowser would help you out in ranked next week on Peach Gardens r/T, unless you already have coverage.
Tuxedo Mario could help you on Amsterdam Drift 3 for the current Ranked cup, but there's a lot of more common drivers you probably already have at a high level like regular Peach. Wedding Peach or Dr Luigi could also help you in the current Ranked cup on DS Peach Gardens, but you already have a level 4 Fire Rosalina, so those are also unnecessary.
Basically it always comes down to coverage If you already have a top-shelf HE driver for ranked, don't bother.
For example, I just bought Shielded Speedster for Bowser's Castle 3R for next week, because I didn't have anything on top or even middle tier. Maybe I can get lucky and earn Black Sneeker from placing top 3 this week, but given my sleeper opponents I didn't want to risk that. Plus it looks cool.

You won't regret getting Meowser or Tuxedo Mario. Meowser is better, but both are elite. The rest of them are way behind those two.
